As a Staff Engineer at CTC, Michael serves on the applications cut-over team for the National Capital Regional public safety interoperability network, NCRnet; he also monitors and troubleshoots issues related to the operations of the NCRnet voice and network infrastructures. Michael provides engineering support for a range of public sector clients, including cities, towns, counties, and state agencies. He previously upgraded the Montgomery County, Maryland public, educational, and governmental (PEG) cable programming system to high-definition transport and delivery; he has also supported outside plant (OSP) engineering and networking for the Pharr, Texas, institutional network. He has more than 14 years of experience in network operations and technical support.
