Jacob Levin writes strategic plans and feasibility analyses, evaluates federal and state grant opportunities, researches topics ranging from wireless spectrum policy to the value of broadband for higher education institutions, and develops requests for proposals on behalf of CTC’s municipal and state government clients.
A graduate of Williams College, Jacob previously was a researcher at Bandwidth Labs, where he investigated disruptive communications technologies and analyzed their potential impact on the telecommunications industry. Earlier in his career he researched U.S. broadband policy at One Economy and Public Knowledge.
