Carroll Clift is a telecommunications engineer with more than 35 years of professional experience. He has planned and designed fiber optic and SONET-based networking projects for governments and large businesses. Carroll currently serves as an outside plant engineer at CTC Technology & Energy and is responsible for aerial and underground network route design. He conducts walk-outs of network paths to ensure designs are viable; procures all materials needed for construction; and provides oversight of construction and installation crews. Prior to joining CTC Technology & Energy Carroll worked for Verizon Communications, Inc.
