City of Los Angeles Department Of Water and Power selects CTC Technology & Energy to Assist in Strategy Development of the Fiber Optic Enterprise

The City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has selected CTC Technology & Energy to assist with the development of strategy regarding the Fiber Optic Enterprise (FOE) in the city. The project will assist in the formulation of an updated strategic business plan for the current FOE program.
