Michael O’Halloran conducts technical research, writes reports and white papers, and provides insight to CTC’s clients on network feasibility and operations. He prepares in-depth analyses of network financial feasibility and business models, evaluates market research, and develops and manages procurement processes for network deployment. He is also responsible for day-to-day project management and support for CTC clients. Prior to joining CTC, Michael performed on-site installations and technical support for the UC2B fiber-to-the-premises network developed by the University of Illinois and the cities of Urbana and Champaign. Michael previously provided technical support at the University’s Illini Tech Center and at St. Mary’s Academy in Colorado. In the latter position, he also installed network equipment and wireless access points.
